Charles Tiefer

Charles Tiefer is a professor of law at the University of Baltimore Law School where he teaches Government Contract Law, Contracts Law, and Legislative Drafting. He recently served for three years as one of six Commissioners on the Congressionally authorized Commission on Wartime Contracting in Iraq and Afghanistan. He is the author of five books, including Government Contract Law in
the Twenty-First Century
and Government Contract Law, 2d. Edition, as well as numerous law review and other articles and papers. He regularly serves as an expert in complex government contract law matters.  Prior to joining the University of Baltimore Law School in 1995, Charles was Deputy Counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives for 11 years and assistant legal counsel to the U.S. Senate prior to that.  Charles is a summa cum laude graduate of Columbia University and a magna cum laude graduate of
Harvard Law School where he served on the Harvard Law Review.

Bruce J. Stanley

With over 30 years of health care industry experience in contract management, legal process engineering, supply chain, and customer service, Bruce is a high energy individual having served in significant industry leader-ship roles including as the Chairman of the AdvaMed legal working group focused on vendor access credentialing with interface with the Joint Commission and industry thought leaders. He has collaborated with Mass Medic and AdvaMed on legislative Initiatives related to this topic.
He possesses in-depth healthcare industry experience in contract management and supply chain interacting with GPOs, IDNs, and major hospitals. Additionally, he has led government contracting operations for a global healthcare company. Bruce served as project executive overseeing the global design, for sales of Contract Life-cycle Management (CLMN). His previous experience includes leading customer operations, EDI and customer facing supply chain.
